Internet Self-Service (ISS) is very user-friendly and allows secure, real-time, direct access to Preferred Choices health plan information via the Web. It is recommended that you use Internet explorer 6.0 and a screen resolution of 800x600 or higher.

AVAILABLE FEATURES ON ISS Provider Tab HMO PPO Provider Search Enhanced provider search where you can print driving instructions to office locations to give to members. You can also update your office address, phone number and office hours. Member Tab HMO PPO Member Search Access to member benefit coverage including, copays, and member eligibility history.   Eligibility reports Print real-time eligibility reports of your members.   Benefits, eligibility, precertification and claim status Obtain pre-price amount and phone numbers to Third Party Administrators (TPA).   Claims Tab HMO PPO Claims inquiry Review the detail of current and past claims submitted.   Verify if a claim has been pre-priced.   Explanation of Payment (EOP) search Review how and when a claim was paid.   Referral / Plan Approval Tab HMO PPO Referral/Plan Approval submission and inquiry Submit referrals/plan approvals and view the status of referral/plan approval requests.
